No longer able to create new Components

I have System Admin permissions in JIRA. Noticed today that I (and other admin level folks) no longer have the ability to create new components. 

If I go to the Components section in a project, I can see the existing ones listed and I can edit/delete, but the button to create new components is gone. 

The only place I still seem to have this ability is in our Templates Project.

We are using JIRA Cloud.

Company-Managed Projects.

You can also subscribe for updates if beneficial to you!

A workaround some users have reported is working is to use Bulk Edit to create new Components, if one is needed immediately.
