Hey everyone,
I'm trying to make the switch from Jira Software Cloud -> Jira Software Server. As part of that I need to export all my Jira Software Cloud data. Unfortunately, it won't let me, saying I can't export with next-gen projects, even though I don't have any next-gen projects. (See image below). I've tried clicking the delete button, but it doesn't do anything.
I'm guessing this is a bug, does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks for your help!
Sorry to hear about this problem. You should be able to create a backup for server if there are no next-gen projects. I created a support case for this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-597868
I was somewhat unclear as to which Cloud site you were having this problem on. I see you listed fro******.atlassian.net in this community post, but you are not technically a site-admin of that site. I did see that you are the site-admin of another site, but it was not clear to me if this problem was specific to one site, the other, or both.
It could be that this is a permissions issue that the site-admin would have to create this backup, but if that was the case, I wouldn't even expect you to be able to see that page where backups are created.
Either way, please let us know in the support ticket which Cloud site this is for so that we can investigate further.
Thanks
Andy
let me see if I can get someone from Atlassian to assist here.
