No one on my machine can access their project boards.

Seems like something changed, I cannot get see any commands on the left panel  to my project.  It also looks like I cannot control who can get on any of the Jira boards, even though I'm the owner and admin. 

Any help would be appreciated, we are unable to use the product.

I cannot get to my regular features on any of my projects such as the going to the Board, or Backlog, or any of those options.
