No option to delete the User stories in Jira

Hi Team,

I have created an user story however I don't see any options to delete them. Unfortunately PM-3107 from Mulesoft integration has been created and need help in deleting it. Could you kindly provide the delete access to me.

Typically deleting work items is not allowed by company policies, so you may not be allowed to delete the work item, especially as you would need a permission change to do so.

Rather than deleting the work item you could just reject it (or mark it as done) with a resolution of 'Won't Do" and add a comment as to why the work item is not needed.

Delete permission is required to DELETE any work item (aka, issue/ticket) in the respective project. 

Kindly contact your Project Admin to direct you to JIRA ADMIN of your instance related to delete action. 

At Community, we cannot access or connect with your instance; and support ticket may not help you here, though they can let you know who your JIRA admins is!! -

But best case, try to check within your organization to know who your JIRA admins is?

Based on the description, you seem to have not been granted permission to Delete work items in the corresponding project.

I strongly recommend you check with the project or Jira admin to assist you with removing the user story or grant you access to the corresponding project role that is given the delete permission based on the associated permission scheme.
