Eddy Castro Valverde November 2, 2020

Buenas tardes,

Hello @Eddy Castro Valverde

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Per your description, I understand you are not being able to see your issues on your project board, however, you are able to see them when navigating to a filter or using the issue navigator. Is that correct?

Can you confirm if you are using a Classic or Next-gen project?

If you are using a Classic project, your board is based on a JQL filter which can be changed based on your necessity. That being said, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Navigate to your board > ... > Board Settings > general < Check the JQL query of your board is properly configured to display the issue you need. Also, check if the sub-filter (In Kanban boards) is not filtering out your issues
  2. Under Board Settings > Columns, check if your workflow status is properly mapped to your board columns
  3. Under Board Settings > Swimlanes, Switch to "No Swimlanes"
  4. Check if there are any quick filters applied to your board

Let us know if this information helps.
