No repositories listed after connection to GitHub

I have the same problem as described here:

After setting up OAuth and connecting to my GitHub organization, I am not able to see any of the repositories, including the ones I own. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Gabriel,

The error that the other customer was facing was related to the API limit from Github side, according to this documentation, the requests are limited to 5k requests per hour for Authentication sessions.
To avoid the error and to complete the sync, you can contact GitHub support for them to remove the limit for now.

I saw that you are a member of three different instances, so I wasn't able to check if indeed is this error that is happening in your instance too.

I can open a ticket on your behalf for us to check since we will need to access your instance and the logs, otherwise, you can contact their support and ask the information that I mentioned above about the rate limit in order to test.

If you have any other question, please let us know.

Regards,
Angélica
