No status or task progress on BigGantt

I created a Project in Jira and RoadMap. At BigGantt I'm mapping overall activities and timelines. But Status, Task Progress and Completion columns are appearing in blank. Is there something else I have to set, configure, add or something else?

Are your Jira Issues coming into the BigGantt? Did you follow all of the steps here:

and, you won't see Task Progress until time has been logged to the Jira Issue.

for Time Tracking, time must be data entered into Jira on the Task or Story in order to show progress.  I am not sure, but I think you also have to have the Original Estimate field populated in Jira so that BG can do the % complete.  Has anyone logged any time on any of the Tasks?

For Status, first: check in Jira that the Tasks have a workflow, with statuses.  Then: verify in Jira that each Task actually has a status.  If you can see the status in Jira, but not in BG, then I'd guess that you're pulling the wrong Status field into BG.

- Has anyone logged any time on any of the Tasks? Logged option doesn't appear to me ! need to activate somewhere this field?
