Checking the details of your site, I can see that your site was downgraded to Free, that's why the Plans is not visible anymore.
The Plans menu, which belongs to Advanced Roadmaps is only available in Jira Software Premium.
In case you want to upgrade Jira to Premium again, please, follow the steps mentioned in the email you received on October 11 (Your subscription has been changed).
