Normally multiple teams can work on the same backlog?

Do you think that I should create all tasks in backlog and then when I create new sprint and I can assign these tasks to that sprint.

Hi @ihsanullahkhan - If I understand correctly, you're the scrum master and/or product owner for multiple teams that are all on the same sprint cadence and you've created a cross-project board for backlog refinement.  Is this correct?

If so, I've found that the cross-project board is really only beneficial to the scrum master/product owner/management to have a collective view into everything going on.  Dev teams work best within their own individual boards where they have the freedom to create individualized quick filters and do not have noise of other team activity.

So, I recommend keeping both the consolidated board(s) and individual team boards.
