Not Able To See Workflow Buttons On View Issue Page in Jira - cloud

Hello 

i create new 2 new projects 

in one of them i did custom workflow and the second is default 

in both of them i dont see the workflow buttons in issue page 

i try all the issues type and i check permissions , condition , transition etc 

i dont see anything that can limit the status change 

i also did find a way to reindex

please advice

A check is there any condition or properties has been applied to that particular workflow transition.

already check the workflow and transition settings there is nothing there 

and also for a new project that i didn't customize i dont see the buttons 

any other option ?

Do one thing open the issue and click on Admin --> permission helper and it will pop up a window.

Provide the user and the permission as Transition Issue and check.
