Not Able to Select Sprint from Plan Page and Any View

Whitney Bell September 22, 2021

Hello Community! I am a BIG fan of the Plans pages and have multiple plans that I like to use. We have just recently began using Sprints, and are in the middle of an active sprint. From the plans page I added the Sprint field but when I select the dropdown list option for Spring (from any of the views i.e. Basic / Sprint Capacity Management / etc.) and type the name of the active sprint, there are no suggestions that come up. It seems like I should be able to select the sprint from that page. I have also tried this with sprint planning for future sprints that are not active yet and that does not work either.

@Whitney Bell yes it is possible to add sprint values from Plans view.

Can you check what is the issue source selected for this plan?

Is it the same agile board from where you want to select sprints from?

@Whitney Bell thank you for screenshots.

You need to edit your issue source (1st screenshot)

Choose Board instead of Filter in first drop-down and choose Board name Workflows Development in next drop-down to it.

Yes they are the same source- here is a screenshot of the filter being used on the plan page:

And here is that same filter being used by the board:

Also, here is the filters page where you can see there is only one by that name:
