Not a question, but a thank you

Hello,

I previously entered a question and received responses from @Trudy Claspill and  @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM.

I wasn't able to put additional comments on the chain, but we did try their suggestions.  Just wanted to send a quick, "Thank you!" to both of them.  We ended up having to open a support ticket with Atlassian, but I appreciate the info they sent.
