When accessing /plugins/servlet/applications/versions-licenses, it shows the login page. Once l entered the password and submit, it stopped working. I can access other pages just fine.

Hi Michael,
have you had the chance to enter a different license (f.e. trial) before the site became unavailable or has there been a previous license activated for this Jira instance (expired commercial license/trial license)?
If that is not the case - can you confirm this is a brand new installation?
I am asking because there are some situations when Jira is doing internally a restarte after a valid license has been entered (especially during upgrades, when the previous license was expired).
The easiest way to clean out some things would be to restart Jira - have you done this and has this probably already been helpful?
Otherwise a look into logfiles, especially atlassian-jira.log, could bring up some additional information.
The error message itself seems being a standard browser message which gives me no specific insight as to the root cause, to be honest.
