I have created groups within Okta to grant access to products within our site (Jira, Confluence) but in the admin portal under "Product Access" when I click "Add Group" the only groups available to add are the ones created by default. For example, I created "atlassian-jira-users" within Okta. Then in Okta I "Pushed" the groups to Atlassian Cloud and assigned the group application access.
Any Updates on that? Could you find the error? We got kind of the same issue.
