I'm a project administrator (not system administrator), and normally in my previous experience I would be able to edit the fields that each issue/bug/story displays, reorder them, select new drop-downs etc.
In this project I'm not able to do anything when it comes to the Issue layout. It's just all greyed out.
Any ideas why?
I need to add some extra fields with drop-downs for our Bugs.
@Julia Downs As you can see in left bottom corner that "You're in a company-managed project", this is the reason you don't have that privileges to edit issue layout.
Previously you must be using Team-managed projects where you are allowed to change/manage settings of a project whereas in company-managed projects, only system admins would be able to do that. This is the difference between company-managed and team-managed projects. You can learn more about this here
