Not able to change the workflow of a defect which i have raised.

I have raised a defect and assigned to developer. Developer has returned the defect. I have provided comment and need to open the defect again. But not able to change the workflow from Returned state

Hello @Dhanasree Palliyath ,

you may need to establish a new "Transition" to "OPEN" STATUS.

If possible can you please post the workflow diagram of the defect.
