Not able to connect Jira to Power BI

I've been trying to connect my Jira site to Power BI via the Jira content pack in Power BI. For some reason, it's not connecting. I left it to run for the entire day but it still didn't load. Since it's an on-premise site, it's not the typical http://sitename.atlassian.net link. Please help!
