Not able to create issues

I am getting issue in JIRA I am using.

 

We have a instance in which once I am trying to create a issue in project it is showing 404 error when I am clicking on create button.

 

My team mates are able to create issues in that instance.

I have checked permissions, role everything is fine but still I am getting the erroe.

 

Already created issue I am able to update, why this problem is occurring with me?
