was not able to add sub tasks in backlog - thought i will disable and enable sub task. once i clicked on disable it got disabled but when i click on enable it is giving me 500 error.please help
Without any piece of logs it is very hard to say what is going on. A common prroblem is with subtask name as described in this KB - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-type-with-name-sub-task-already-exists-198806400.html but to be sure wouldd be good to check logs...
