Not able to find version workload report

We have enabled time-tracking for the JIRA project of concern but still do not see the option of version workload report under the reports section of that project

As an option ActivityTimeline plugin has a Detailed Workload Report as a part of the resource planning plugin.

Version workload report shows how much outstanding work there is (per user and per issue) before a given version is complete.

To display these details, your project should have versions in it and the tickets fix version field should be mapped to one of the versions.

But still the option of version workload report does not show up under reports in the project

Version workload report is not present in team managed projects. It is available only in company managed projects.
