We have been trying to use our corporate email addresses to register and start using Jira but unfortunately we are not able to get it done. The core issue is we are not able to recieve emails. Had to move to gmail address to get our work done. But now it is unavoidable so please need your urgent help. Our domain is zepta.com.pk. We have checked, your domain is not in the blacklisted domains nor anything in the spam folders. Quick help will be highly appreciated.

I found that this domain appears to have several SMTP bounce errors recently. From our end they look like this:
550-Verification failed for <noreply+198ff2fd96be2308a0229d1c5ce4b444df778a1096b8c12c389c991c@am.atlassian.com>
550-Called: 35.160.136.229
550-Sent: RCPT TO:<noreply+198ff2fd96be2308a0229d1c5ce4b444df778a1096b8c12c389c991c@am.atlassian.com>
550-Response: 550 5.7.1 relaying denied
550 Sender verify failed
Searching that particular error would seem to indicate that your mail server is not configured to accept external email, or is otherwise configured in a manner to reject messages from our services.

Few of the things you can further check:
Verify your MX records: Ensure your MX records are properly configured and pointing to your email server.
Firewall settings: Ensure your firewall isn't blocking incoming emails from Jira.
If none of the above option is working, Kindly raise a ticket with support.atlassian.com
