Not able to import issues from .csv file to Jira Board

I am getting below error while uploading issues from csv to Jira board. pls. help.

Error:

2024-05-06 14:55:38,762 ERROR - Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ User '"hanamantkulkarni"' does not exist. ]

For what field you're associating the user? For custom user fields you need to pass the Account ID user.

For assignee or reporter user you can use 'email', but it's more safe if you use accound ID as well.
