Not able to install app to Jira

Trying to install Chronos -Timetracking System for Jira app to my Free jira instance and getting error:

Please advice what should I do?

Hi @Ananta Ram das - we occasionally see this happening with our plugin, too, and it typically happens when the customer's payment information is not set up correctly. Mind checking this?
