When I am trying to end the sprint, not able to see the option to complete sprint as it is greyed out, though I am an admin to project and the board

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!!
Even if you are admin of Project or Board but if you don't have Manage Sprint Permission you will not allowed to Start/ Stop Sprints.

On a company-managed project, you should check and see if you have the Manage Sprints permission.
