Not able to sort the comments/History on jira 6.4

Hi All,

   We noticed a weird issue in our JIRA instance 6.4.

In-spite of clicking the sorting option many a times, the comments/history are not sorted in descending order. The arrow always shows up.

Please let us know what can be done.

A script was added in the announcement banner to set the attachment in descending and by date. This script was removed and sorting order returned back.
