Not able to start 2nd sprint parallel.

In my Project I have two sprint Sprint 1 and Sprint 2. Now Sprint 1 is in progress but I am not able to start 2nd Sprint. I want to start both the sprint parallel.

The above works if you are working in a board for a Company Managed project.

If you are working with a Team Managed project, parallel sprints are not supported. There is a change request to addd that feature here:

@Trudy Claspill  Right now We have the Team Managed Project and designed couple of sprints. Is their any way to change the existing project to Company Managed project. So that we don't loss the work done for project.

You cannot flip a toggle and change a project from Team Managed to Company Managed or vice versa.

You would need to create a new project of the other type, and move your issues to it.

When going from Team to Company, you would also have to create a new Agile board and configure it. You can't "convert" the existing board for use with a company managed project. You can't move the sprints and history associated with your Team Managed board to a new board.
