Not able to tag any one in comment

I am part of JIRA board and I'm not able to tag other colleagues in comments. However other people can able to tag who has same permissions.

Hi @Harsh Doshi ,

Welcome to the Community! Do you have the 'Browse users and groups' Global Permission? If you do not have this permission, when you type @ a list of users will not appear.

Hi, You may need to ask the Jira Admin to check:

To access and edit your site's Global Permissions do the following: 

1. Choose > System.

2. Click Global Permissions.

3. Make sure your user is included in the Users / Groups that have the Browse users and groups permission.
