Hi,
I have two Jira cloud instances, consider it as J1 and J2.
For priority icons in J2 we're using URL/path from J1, now here is the problem : For all users who don't have access to J1 but have access to only J2, they're not able to see the images against the priority.
I tried uploading the images in an issue but the URL has "blob" prefix and hence can't be used.
If anyone can help me how I can upload a custom image within the instance and copy it's path, that would be of great help.
Thanks!
Hi @vyanktesh_chandely , thanks for your question.
I was able to add an image that I have saved in a local folder in two different instances.
I went into a folder I have on my pc, got a random image and viewed it online to get the link to the file in SharePoint -
Then, from the 'Edit' option in the Priorities, I clicked on the option to [select image], pasted the URL for where the file is located and then clicked 'Update'
Which seems to have worked -
Could you try something similar and give us your feedback?
