Not all Epics can be imported into advanced roadmap

Hi,

I encountered a problem that not every Epics in my project can be imported into advanced roadmap.

There's only 3 Epics can be seem in my advanced roadmap, and it's 7 Epics in the connected project.

I've tried to re-config the advanced roadmap, but the result is the same.

Please help to solve this problem.

To confirm, you're using Jira Advanced Roadmaps, part of Jira Premium? If so, how are you importing these epics into Advanced Roadmaps?

Hi Dave,

Yes, I'm using the Jira Premium, and I already find the reason for no show epics.

It's owing to a filter located in issue sources to filter out a complete issues more than X days.

I adjust the values for more than 30 days then the missed epics can be showed.
