As an admin, I have setup all the resolution values, However when I transition from Resolved to Closed or from Progress to Closed, not all Resolved drop down values are shown and only a few are seen. How do I make all values to be shown. Thanks
It may be that there is an exclude property on the transition to Closed. Check the workflow. Here is an article that might help - workflow-properties
It could also be an Include property. I prefer using include so I don't have to go back and update the transition if I add a new resolution that isn't relevant
