I created issue on Jira software under a project. But for some reason, I am not getting the email notifications. On project settings, I can see I have following scheme,

- First thing I would do is check if "outgoing mail" is enabled (settings --> system --> mail --> outgoing mail)
- Second I would confirm if "Email notifications for issue activity" is enabled in your personal settings
- Then I would use "Notification Helper" to figure out why you didn't get an email notification for events concerning a specific issue, e.g. when a comment was added.

Still unable to get any email notification when I changed the status from "progress" to "done" or change the description.
