Hello, Since several months, Nikita () do not receive email notifications when there is an unpdate in JIRA (new ticket assign, new comment ...). Could you please contact her to see the subject ? We have done the basic troubeshooting , like to we the checked the account details in setting and everything is fine there is no issue in her email as well. Thanks in advance.

First, check the notifications, more precisely project settings > notifications > settings. Then check the email audit as well and see if the email is showing (one tip, don't include the email addresses as this is a public site).
After you have checked everything and nothing is showing in the internal audit, then you would have to raise a support ticket for Atlassian to remove this email address from the suppression list.
