Not getting notification mails?

Hi Team,

Not getting notification mails from JIRA or Confluence when someone mentions me or tickets assigned or for any other thing, can someone please help me here? missing on imp things.

Ensure that Email Notifications are enabled in your Jira/Confluence Profile Settings and check your spam/junk folder for missed emails. If notifications are still not coming through, ask an admin to verify the Notification Scheme settings for proper email triggers or contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.

First check your personal settings and the Default notifications:

Next, check for the global permission which is Browse users and groups and see if you belong to the groups. If you don't have the access to your groups, this is something that your Org admin needs to check.

Third, from the System check the option Unblock user invites and see if you are being on this list and unblock yourself.
