Not getting option for capacity planning anywhere.

Where can i find option for capacity planning.

you can use capacity planning provided by Advanced Roadmap (if you use it - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jiraportfolioserver/displaying-capacity-in-a-plan-974360323.html).

If not there are different apps on the atlassian marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&query=capacity%20planning. Mi suggestion is to use tempo planner plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211881/tempo-planner-resource-planning-capacity-planning?hosting=server&tab=overview
