I am trying to arrange a password reset for Jira but I'm not getting any email through regardless of whether I ask for a password reset or assistance with my username.
I've checked the blocked emails at my end and can't see that I have blocked Jira or Atlassian email so was wondering if there is anything else I can do to reset my password.

Are you getting other emails from within your Jira? Like with mentions in Comments or other email notifications?
Hi John, yes, I'm getting those notifications, and when I had to reset my Atlassian password that came through just fine, it's just the Jira one that seems to be problematic

I changed my password again to make sure that I was 100% using the correct one but when I try and access https://crowd.intdigital.ee.co.uk/ it won't accept the password I had set. I tried to change the email that password reset notifications would be sent to and tried a further password reset but I still didn't get anything through. I'm 99% sure that the username I'm entering is correct but I have tried all possible variants of what it could be and it still won't give me access.
