Not hiding the issue links when more than x links exist

Can i configure that the links are not folded when more than x links exist?

This setting appears to be hard coded into Jira.  However it looks like Jobin found a solution to this over in the related thread of https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Is-it-possible-to-change-the-number-of-Issue-Links-that-display/qaq-p/103076

Granted that post is from 5 years ago, and it is possible that the details of those steps might not be applicable to the current Jira versions.  However I would try to start here and see if you can modify that .vm file as a means to get around this.
