Not possible to delite script fragment item in jira

How can I delete script fragment item (in database for example) if it is not possible to delete it with Delete item action in administration screen?

You might be suffering from a know bug that arises when you create two fragments that are exactly the same:

If you are, there is a workaround in that very bug to solve your problem.
