I stopped receiving email notifications sent by JIRA about new Request being created by Customer
Email notification about request created via Portal are received OK, but only for registered users
In JIRA Admin Notifications settings all toggs are in Enable positions

In the internal notification settings there isn't a difference between work item created by email or portal.
I suggest to check:
- Your personal notification settings, trough "https://xxx.atlassian.net/jira/settings/personal/notifications"
- Project internal notification settings, try to add the notification "Single user" for "A work item is created".
