Not receiving any email notification

Reporters and Watchers in the project are NOT receiving email notifications on issue updates.

1. All users profile is set with Notify Me: Enabled

2. Project using default notification scheme

3. Reporters, Watchers and Assignee are part of the recipient list

Please note that until the recent FORCED upgrade happened, everything was going well. We have not changed anything at our end, but the emails stopped. Please find the screenshot below.

Hi @[deleted],

The project permissions are fine.

Please look at the screenshot. Please make sure that the outgoing mail is enabled in your instance as well.

Can you confirm if SMTP mail server is configured properly?

If Yes, then can you share the screenshot of the notification scheme. You need to configure the notification scheme to send notifications for Issue updated event.
