Not receiving any updates on his email from Jira

Hi team, 
There is one user who is not receiving any updates on his email from Jira regarding password reset, we have tried changing his email domain but the problem still appears  same.

Checked all this but I think my user email ID has moved to email suppression list. Can you please remove from that and confirm.
