Not receiving email notifications after reactivating account

Hi, 

 

I've just recently returned to a company after a few months so someone had to reactivate my account. Since then, I haven't been receiving any email notifications, I have checked my settings and I believe there's nothing there to prevent me from receiving email notifications. Please can someone have a look?

I hope your found the solution ...

In you case, your mailbox was blacklisted on Atlassian, you must open a ticket to Atlassian support to whitelist your email address
