Not receiving email notifications using outlook account

Hi, is there something that Im missing? Im not receiving any notification email for my issues, I have a enterprise outlook account.

Hi Yosser,

I would submit a support ticket to Atlassian. It might be that they blacklisted the email address for some reason.
