Not receiving password reset email from JIRA

I have forgotten my password and when I try to reset my password, I do not receive the email to reset my password.

Hello,

is it related Jira cloud? If it is, please, check email in SPAM folder. 

If it is On Promises edition (Server, Data Center) let's check in SPAM folder, then check with your mail administrator.
