Not receiving the email notifications

HI there,

I have stopped receiving jira notifications, when someone adds me as PR reviewer, or updates the PR, reply to a comment.

I used to receive them, it recently stopped. Can you please help me out.

Hi @Shivani Kapadia ,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

As fabio mentioned please check those points and also check below points.

  1. Please checked quarantine list and spam folder
  2. Try signing out and back in 
  3.  Check your Jira Personal Setting and everything is enabled.

             a.  Click on Profile Section at left top corner

               b. Click on Personal Settings

               c. And Check if everything is configured as per the below screenshot.

Hi @Shivani Kapadia ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

First of all please check that Notification scheme related to your project is consistent and that events have been correctly mapped to receivers.

Second step : verify that Outgoing Mail, on Admin->System, is enabled
