Not receiving verification email for Jira Account

Hello Team,

I'm trying to setup a Jira account for my team members. 

Two team members reported that verification email not received.

We checked spams, we checked the mail failure report, we checked Quarantine.

We tried few times today without success.

Could you please advise further on this?
