Not recieving a confirmation email after chaniging it to a new one

Hi, I tried to change email  , but I didn't get any verification email link to follow. 

It does send an email to the old email adress that says that I've requested to change my

e-mail but it seems I'm having an issue with recieving the confirmation link.

Also I'd like to state that both emails are gmail accounts, maybe it has something to do with gmail terms.

I am hoping for an answer,

Anisa,

  Here are instructions on how to change your email address.  https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-atlassian-account-email-addresses-969508513.html   In the instructions it states: These steps currently exclude anyone that subscribed to Atlassian Access and is utilizing User Provisioning or any Cloud Instances with the G Suite Integration.  Does your cloud instance use the G Suite Integration? Are you the account administrator or does someone else do that?  If you are not the account admin then you should contact them to help with the change.  If you are the admin and you do not use G Suite Integration or Atlassian Access and you are following the steps without any success then you will need to submit a support ticket with Atlassian.

Thank you for the response, yes my account is G Suite integrated so that would be the reason to this issue.
