Nothing appearing on kanban board

I have a kanban board that was working but now all issues have disappeared and I cannot work out why.

Has anyone else seen this?

According to all the config I can see they should all be there, they are when I look at the columns but not when I display the board.

When I look at a task it says not on any boards

Any ideas?

I found the answer, had to delete the  autogenerated sub query 

had been removing fields and the sub query used the field.
