Notification Email

I want to desactivate the email notification for all users at once .
Is it possbile to do it ?

Yes, go to JIRA Admin > System > Outbound Email, click the Disable Outgoing Email button.

delete the mail server

seems a bit harsh, then you'd have to rekey the same information again?
