I get the following error message when I use the notification helper:
The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation.
I am an admin and have all the rights. It was working the other day but has stopped. The only thing I can deduce is that I am trialing Automation by Atlassian as an addon. It doesn't seem to work for any issue type that I have tried.
Thoughts?
