Notification Template in Cloud

I would like to add custom field information to the email templates that are sent out.  How do I accomplish this on Jira Cloud?

Hi Ashley,

Unfortunately this isn't available in out-of-the-box Cloud. Check out Restricted Functions in Jira Cloud Applications for more details on what's not available (including limits on email customization).

There are a couple plugins on the marketplace which provide this for Cloud however:

• Jirassimo Emails Reminders Notifications
• Enterprise Email Handler for Jira (JEMH)
